| Sometimes I wish I was as superficial as people make me out to be. I wld only think about things like what I was gna wear today, what colour to paint my nails, whether my ass looked big in that dress. I wld think about my dream dress day in and day out, buy the dress and get a new dream. Fret over whether my shoes match my outfit of the day, whether the rain
ruined my fringe, whether sleeping late would make my face puffy the next morning and kill my skin. Cry watching dramas, fall in love with actors, obsess over hot tutors, sit around people watching instead of studying. Starve for a month just to save up for a new dress, stalk pretty girls and tumblr/lookbook all day

| It is increasingly hard to find a balance between friends and family, much less squeeze time in for myself. I am tired of commitments and obligations and deadlines.. All I want to do is sleep (Ironically it is past 2 am and I'm still wide awake)
In other news I am super excited for next week!!! I am also aware that this makes me sound completely irrational and contradictory but I'm a girl so that's okay.

| Will make a proper birthday post soon, but I just wanted to post while I'm still feeling extremely loved and blessed. Today was really nice, had a simple dinner with the family + my cousin came over and we managed to catch up. This year, my parents asked me thrice, "Do you want anything for your birthday?" and each time I answered no. As I grow older I realize that the best thing in life cannot be bought. And there's nothing more I can ask for on my 19th birthday, being able to spend quality time with my family, receiving well wishes from so many of my friends, catching up and making plans with old friends whom I've lost contact with. + My special birthday miracle that finally came true after 5 years ('''':
Even though half my texts/fb msges included things like "stop being lazy" "I hope you become smarter" "Stop being so gross" "I love you because you're a joke" and "Did you know you told us your birthday is on the 27th?", I am genuinely happy and every text/twitter post/fb post made me smile hehe (even though I know 75% of the people only rmbred because of fb)

| Things I learned after a semester of school
1. Weekly manicures aren't frivolous, they are absolutely necessary
2. Fuck being environmentally friendly, at font size 6 notes become twice as repulsive
3. "Boys mature after NS!!!" -myth, not fact
4. The whole extracurricular activity + holistic education thing is not worth it
5. Learning how to operate a printer is now extremely critical
6. Not being in the same JC as Ber and ttxc = blessing in disguise

| Schl was been rather... overwhelming. Especially LAJ, which takes up so much of my time it's not even funny. I spend half my time in schl debating whether I should turn up for lectures, and the other half getting lost in the schl compound. Other than that, most of my modules are real fun (except Lit omg I regret taking Lit) and I want to marry my Econs lecturer (♥)

| Have been running around the past few days + spending quality time with my favourite friends. Got new schoolbag(s), organizer(s), manicure(s), notebook(s) and my pencilcase! Got my GTA finally shall download it after I reformat my laptop! Also I collected (and fixed) my astrostar and DS! Have also been spending money like free omfg need to get tutees.
I also accidentally broke my "T" key while trying to clean the insides of my keybrd and now it types funny tsk. I need to go and buy a new T key TSK. - Mood:accomplished

| I am so happy today! Got pangseh-ed by Dy (nvm I still love you) today so I went on a frivolous buying spree with janjan after sushi with Chou-x and bought alot of nonsense. After that I even went to Alhanthus to rent movies even though I didn't bring my discount coupon (YA I got alot cannot isit) and my schedule is packedddd to the brim this week and I have no time to watch a movie hahahahaha. | Need to pack luggage, pack bag, upload photos, find water bottle, jeans, leggings, charge bb, itouch, camera, buy cup noodles, milo, oatmeal, go to katong, go for piano, meet the team, find Melbourne zoo address, text wenjie, repack luggage and meet Chelsea at the airport (!!!)
On a different note, I love meeting my primary school friends because we are all north east! (and they are morally deficient)
